Building Security

In the event of an imminent security threat, please contact the Edmonton Police Service by calling 911 or 780.423.4567. If the security threat is not immediate, please contact the property management company with your concerns.

Bylaw Enforcement Officer Required

A bylaw enforcement officer is required for the Vivacity One. This would be a job share position with another resident who has volunteered to monitor the property. Duties would include monitoring parking on Vivacity property, as well as other activities as required. Please contact us if you are interested in this position.
 

Building Access


Recently, a number of garage door openers and FOBs have been deactivated. This was initiated by the Condo Board, in an effort to reduce the number of garage door openers and FOBs allowing access to the building. Over time, some of those devices get lost or stolen, and this is not always brought to the attention of the Board. For that reason, we had to proceed with those deactivations.

We thank all residents for their cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment.

If you are having issues accessing the building, please go to the Contact page and send us a message. Your concerns will be addressed diligently.
 

Parkade cleaning happening soon

The building parkade will be cleaned this Monday, May 31st 2010 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Please ensure that your vehicle is not parked in the parkade during these hours.  You will be responsible for any additional costs to have contractors come back to finish cleaning.

AGM on March 15th

The building's Annual General Meeting will be held on March 15th.

If you own a unit in the building, you should already have received a letter with details. If this is not the case, please contact us so that we can give you those.
